These Terms govern your use of databtch, operated by FNTN Research Group LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them.
databtch provides marketing data, identity resolution, enrichment, and audience tools to businesses. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may upgrade, add on, or cancel at any time; changes are prorated.
You agree to use the data lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state DNC and privacy laws, and platform advertising policies. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required for your outreach and for honoring opt-outs.
Fees are charged through our payment processor. Prepaid multi-month terms are non-refundable except as required by law.
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
